I stopped in for gas and everything went smoothly. The pump started right away, my card went through without any trouble, and the receipt printed like it should. I was back on the road in just a few minutes, which just felt like a nice, stress-free stop.

I check Wawa once in a while for promos, but a lot of the deals feel limited or tricky to actually use. I’ve had offers show up that didn’t work at my local store, which is frustrating when you’re expecting to save a few bucks. Now I try not to get my hopes up and I double-check everything before I order. It’s not the worst, but it can definitely be annoying.

Maybe it’s just my local Wawa, but I’m getting tired of checking wawa.com, seeing that something is available, and then showing up to find it completely out of stock. I already tend to prefer stores that keep their inventory accurate, so this really bugs me. It feels like a wasted trip every time, and I wish they’d do a better job keeping the online inventory updated.

I can usually find an ATM at most Wawa stores, which is really helpful. The no-fee part is a nice bonus too. Sometimes there’s a bit of a line, but overall it’s easy and useful when I need cash.

I usually use wawa.com when I’m trying to make things quicker, like if I’m on my way somewhere or I just don’t want to stand around in the store waiting for food. But lately it’s kind of been doing the exact opposite. I’ll place an order thinking it’ll be ready by the time I get there, but then it takes forever to actually show as ready, and even after I arrive I still end up waiting around most of the time. That’s the part that gets annoying, because the whole reason I ordered ahead was to avoid that. It doesn’t even always seem like the store is super busy, either, so it just feels like nobody is really moving with any urgency. I’m not expecting everything to be instant or perfect, but for something that’s supposed to be quick and convenient, it’s been way too slow. Frustrating overall.

The floors and counters looked really clean today, actually, not just clean, they looked like someone really took the time to do it right. Nice to walk in and see everything looking fresh.

I ordered through Wawa and, like half my stuff ended up being wrong. The sandwich had the wrong toppings, and my drink was missing too. Pickup was quick, which was nice, but I mean, what’s the point if the order isn’t right? Annoying overall.

Overall, the site works alright with my screen reader, which I appreciate. The main issue I ran into was during checkout—the tabs seemed to jump around or behave a little weird sometimes, which got frustrating. Has anyone else had the same problem?

The staff helped me out and were super nice about everything. It made the whole experience way easier, which was a great surprise.

My first impression of wawa.com was that it felt clean and normal to use, which matters a lot to me with any site where I’m logging in or ordering ahead.

The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that sometimes what’s listed doesn’t exactly match what my local store has, so I still end up checking when I get there. Even with that, I’ll keep using it because it’s still helpful for planning my coffee runs.

I checked online and it said the store was open, but when I got there it was closed. Frustrating to make the trip for nothing. Has anyone else had this happen with their hours?

I do like wawa, so maybe I just caught the online selection at a bad time, but it’s felt limited lately. It’s okay if you just need the basic stuff, but if you’re like me and wait until the last minute to order, it’s a little disappointing when there aren’t many options.

Ordering was easy overall, but the payment page took a bit to load. I was checking out while my sister was next to me, and we both weren’t totally sure if the payment actually went through at first. The confirmation came in after about a minute, so it worked out. Not terrible, just a little clunky...

I like stopping at Wawa because parking is never a hassle. The lot is easy to pull into and get out of, even when it’s busy. It just makes quick stops simple and less frustrating.

The prices have gotten kind of ridiculous lately. Like I said, I used to think it was worth it, but now it just feels way too pricey for what you get. Like I said, I’m probably going to look elsewhere

The app was really slow and the online ordering kept glitching on me. My pickup time changed twice, and when I got to the store they couldn’t even see my order at first. The food ended up being fine though

I bought a Wawa gift card on Wawa, and it did come through, but it wasn’t quite as quick as I thought it would be. I ended up checking my email a few times, including the promotions folder, before it finally showed up.
Once I got it, everything worked fine, so it wasn’t a huge problem. I just wish the process had been a little clearer, especially with the timing, because that small wait made me wonder if the order had gone through.
